Thanks guys. Yeah, this was a bit spendy, but had to do it. Just got the okay from my wife to get the bottom bracket and cables, but will do that just before winter hits. Anyway, this build negates getting a Riv custom or AHH next spring; can't justify it after all the bling.
I should've been more specific at the shop when I had the fenders and rack installed. Next time I'm at Counterbalance, I'll see what it'll take $$$ to lower the rack or what their justification was for mounting it the way they did; maybe it's more stable when carrying a load.
