Should have mentioned that mine is 26mm diameter - Noodle sized. If yours is 25.4 so much the better. If not I'll need a shim.
If anyone wants to buy the 10 cm that would be fine too. Say $30 including shipping. Riv has them on closeout for $40 + shipping so $30 seems about right.
