Tony -- thanks for that link and the photos of your bags which make my
Ortliebs look crude. Very nice! I had a couple of oddish bags made by Eli
Rodriguez (on this list?) for front racks but ran out of money before I
could ask anyone for custom panniers. One day God willing I'll have a pair
of exactly-grocery-bag-sized and stiffened bags made up but for now the
Axioms, suitably modified (stiffened so they don't sag -- there was a
reason they were blown out at less than half price; I made aluminum strip
"lips" around the mouths) will do as soon as I can adapt the mounting
systems.
