Beefing up my Atlantis to replace ten-year old parts: - Paul Neo Retro/Touring Canti breaks (purchased last night) - Honjo Hammered fenders - Rear rack change from Tubus Cargo to VO Constructeur - Phil bottom bracket - VSynergy/Phil Touring hum rear wheel combo
To some, this might be excess or frilly. But I've always wanted a bicycle that I could call my "dream" bike. At 56, life has become too short. :) Also, when summer starts in Seattle (as Brian H. pointed out earlier), I'm going to do a few day tours in the area with the goal of making it up to Snoqualmie Falls: - .5 Lake Washington Loop - Full Lake Washington Loop - Seattle to Everett Interurban - Seattle to Snoqualmie Falls (maybe follow the Seattle Century route) On Friday, June 15, 2012 6:44:01 AM UTC-7, Mike wrote: > > It's a beautiful sunny morning here in PDX.
