Joe,

I have one of each.

for 150:
bar width is ~67cm
max reach is ~16.5cm center to center measured horizontally from the
extension of the quill axis (long hex wrench).
reach at bar end is ~1cm
extensions are ~16cm long and 17cm apart at the bars
Max rise ~16cm along quill axis from the top of the headset to the top
of cork bar tape.

for 200:
bar width is~70cm
max reach is ~22cm
reach at bar ends ~6cm
extension tubes are ~21cm long and are about 20cm apart at the bar.
Max rise is more than for the 150s due to longer quill and longer
extensions but I don't have them at max hight so I didn't get a
measurement.

On both sizes the plane of the extensions is at ~110deg to the axis of
the quill.
The sweep of the bars is basically flat (meaning horizontal)

I liked the 150 a lot, but I like to lean forward when climbing hard
and I wanted more reach in that situation.
Overall I am happier with the 200 and it seems like a good fit for me,
though I am thinking about trying out the new bubar.

Hope that helps some.
