Jim- Thanks! You're one of the folks who steered me and my family towards Riv and Surly. I just emailed GP because the Kindle version has his name as "Grant Persen" on the title page. Hopefully they fix it and push it out to us nonpaper folks. I wish I could have purchased an electronic version not through Amazon though!
