I'd listen to them, my 60cm SimpleOne fits perfectly. I just ordered a 56cm Sam Hillborne...also their size recommendation for my pubic bone height with that particular frame. Each of their models are different due to various geometry differences so you should listen to them. Call them and explain why your gut is telling you something different and perhaps they can shed some light on the subject.
