I've moved southeast Utah and I plan to stay a while. The bike is a 56 cm double TT Waterford-built beauty in orange and I love it, but fatter tires would be ideal. I'd throw down some cash to trade up to an Atlantis or Bombadil. I'm thinking frame, fork, headset, bottom bracket, and wheelset (if necessary). My PBH is approximately 85 cm.
