Wihtout reference to size, I don't think you'd be disappointed in the Bleriot at all. And between the two you originally posted, you'd save $1000, which isn't trivial. Granted the All Rounder is very nice looking. The Bleriot is a very pretty bike. For the savings, you could have it painted. Bleriot takes at least 38 tires, with fenders I believe. Maybe wider. Rear fender and rack islets, no rack eyelets up front, you can use P clamps. There's really not much downside, as long as the bike fits you.
