Er....

Isn't this All-Rounder a 700c?    Those are Synergy rims;  I know Synergies 
are available as a 700c and a 650b rim, but I don't think they have 26" 
Synergies.   


I could be wrong, of course, but, it looks like a 700c, not a 26"...
