Hi, I'm an infrequent poster, but longtime reader and I'm hoping I'm not the first person to go through this. Riv content: I ride a Hillborne. I bought it new from Riv a couple years ago and it's proven itself to be the best go-everywhere do-everything all-weather bike ever (for me). I have a lifetime passion for riding bikes of all kinds, and I can't imagine a life without them. No here's the problem: in a nutshell, my knee is shot and I'm likely faced with at least a partial knee replacement. I'm only 45 so I'll likely outlive the thing, so I've got that going for me, too. Has anyone on the list been through this, and if so how has it impacted your riding? Any insight is most welcome, and if it's not appropriate for the list, I'll happily take it offline. Thanks a bunch.
