Up for sale is a modern classic road bike. I acquired this 1984 Trek 770 from the original owner off craigslist. I old off the original campy bits through the usual channels to finance a much more contemporary Rivish build. That bike helped convince me that my previous road bike was too small for me and it convinced me that I wanted to run 700x28 tires (or wider). Now that I've acquired a bike that will take wide tires and fenders, I can let go of this classic bike. I'd love to sell it locally, since it's so expensive to ship a bike. I'm asking $800. Shipping would be extra, but I'll gladly deliver it in the Bay Area.
