quick tip for anyone using goo or gels for fuel: take them with water!! i've seen lots of folks chasing that stuff with energy/sugary drinks and that's not a good recipe - that actually impedes digestion and the body has to work harder to deal with the high sugar concentration. this can lead to upset stomachs, bonking, cramping and generally not feeling well. i'm not advocating their use, but if you "goo," be sure to dilute with water for best results. can't just pop 'em like candy. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
