You're right young brother, you're right. There was a remark on here earlier about blocking the Riv site. Grant's pretty smart and I'm sure he's done his homework. However, if he used the name, and it was trademarked, and he didn't have permission, well.... that's that.
I would agree that big money is behind this, but so what. In fact, it has to be so-how many times has congress agreed on anything, but, boom, here they are. So you know some contributors got on the phone. Or lobbyists or what have you. Think of all the videos of old bands that are on You Tube. Every time one of those is played, those guys are entitled to a cut, however small. They earned it and deserve it. I'm stymied to find any argument more ridiculous than.
