Thank you all for being patient. Our shippers (Robert and Jenny) are
good, efficient, alla that...and when the load is bigger than usual,
we can't throw another person in to help, because the process is ...
systematized and consistent, and you put a dummy in there and all heck
breaks loose. So, we've been emphasizing accuracy over speed, since
even a single return when it's our foul-up stops too much action in
the fixing of it. So, thank you for all of your patience.
