I tie around the Wald basket and the Nitto mini-rack. That is, where the
wire of the basket lays along the side rail of the rack, I use a
constrictor knot (several, two on each side) to bind them tight to each
other. You could also use hemp twine whipping to secure a basket like that,
though it would be semi-permanent. And I saw a setup at RBW that simply
used bar wrap tape to hold the basket in place.
