You read me correctly, Matt, not middle of the road but away from the shoulder and toward the center of the right lane to discourage such risky passing. Sorry if I was not clear enough, and I appreciate the clarification. The SUVs and pickups in rural GA are much bigger than I am, so Bruce is right also. Retaliation is not the brightest idea.
