Dave, should the title of this post be "2012" rebates? I just checked my gift certificate balance, and it shows $0.00, though I have made purchases via the website, and in person at RBWHQ, this year, this month, even.
I hope the system works out, and RBW stays afloat. It's nice to get a rebate, sure.
