Any shop can order 650B rubber fairly quickly from QBP, or Merry Sales (Soma) since you're on the west coast. Believe it or not, 650B is still pretty far outside the mainstream. I talked to a bike shop owner recently who'd never heard of that size, and seemed confused by the concept.
