Thanks for the suggestions everyone. As I rode my bike home tonight in the relentless pouring rain, I was reminded why placing the light in the front hole of the Big Front Rack doesn't really make sense. Even though I have full coverage fenders, the water still shoots up directly past the fenders, where the light would be...potentially spraying the lamp in its most vulnerable spot. I read somewhere on the Peter White site, that most dynolights are pretty waterproof, but they don't like getting wet from the bottom. So, as of now, I'm still seeking the perfect, elegant clamp. thanks Jason
