 Shaping the fenders refers to adjusting the LARGE radius.  You adjust the
LARGE radius by adjusting the SMALL radius.  If you want the LARGE radius
to get smaller, you flatten out the SMALL radius (spread them width-wise).
 If you want the LARGE radius to get larger, you squeeze the small radius
skinnier.  Too bad if you want to reduce (or grow) both radii.  There's a
conservation of mass thing going on there.
