Hi folks, I bought John's Quickbeam last summer and you can buy with absolute confidence. John takes beautiful care of his bikes, and they are as he describes them. And you can see his attention to detail just in the quality and quantity of photos!
Also, this frame is exactly the same as my Bleriot Protovelo (except, of course, quite a bit bigger) and the sand-blast-clear-powdercoat is really a great looking treatment; the solder turns out looking like bronze pinstriping. My only comment to think about with the proto frame is that its tire clearances may be a bit snugger than the true Bleriot; mine were tighter than my Saluki.
