This is pretty interesting. If I may, a few suggestions to consider: * Make it publicly searchable (sans personally identifying information of course) * Add a Sell Date field * Add "By previous owner" selection to the Assembled-by field * Make the Model field a drop down * Make the Size/Number field context aware, which is to say one can only choose the sizes that were available given the model chosen in the drop-down * Add a color field, again context aware with a custom option * Admittedly I expect it hard/tedious for Riv to do in most cases and probably impossible in a few, but given the model & serial number display the date & location of Manufacture, or if too hard add these as fields for owner to enter, obviously with Unknown as one of the choices * I suppose this could get out of hand in a hurry, but a few of the build details, at least wheels would be interesting
