I think that you'd find a 64 cm LHT to be WAY too small. If you don't find a used Rivendell frame try looking for something like an older 27" (68 cm) Schwinn or Fuji frame... If you can find a used riv, IMO you'd probably be most comfortable on a 69 AHH or similar. I comfortably ride a 67, and was considering the 69, and my PBH is ~93.5...
