Sean-

Really, it's full-on Apples/Oranges.

My BBC was designed & built for a person who weighed 500 pounds, as
such--Stout is an understatement (and for great reasons, it simply had
to be).

The Bleriot, as well as its Engine (and my next Bob Brown Custom--he's
building me a new one currently), all feel-very much-like I would
imagine a jackrabbit feels once it gets loose from its trap.

The Bleriot feels connected & fast to me... but so did my custom when
I went from not moving at all to riding at 6mph, to being 460 pounds,
to riding at 9mph at 400, and so on.
It's all relative, is what I am saying.

I feel insanely fast these days after dropping 332 pounds--and on the
Bleriot, after a solid year and a half on a Surly Pugsley, I feel like
Mark Cavendish on an EPO bender.

But all things equal, I am slow.
