Wow, good leg-work on your part! My condo association would never agree to that. my only concern would be humidity and condensation. Maybe that's not a big deal with a bicycle, and bicycles are made to be used/worn out, so i say go for it if you can't deal with lugging it in and out. Personally, i suffer through it :)
