There have been several comments about "pressure" after I restated my original comment, which leads me to believe my clarification did not hold. To reiterate, Rivendell is the mellowest non-pressure phone experience you will ever have with a bike maker/seller. I was referring to my own *internal pressure* with a direct phone call. I'm not good on the phone, and prefer forums and email for information. By the time I get to the phone, I'm a step closer to seriously considering dropping that credit card on the table.
