60cm Rivendell Quickbeam for sale
at some point in in its life it has had a schlumpf 2speed crankset
installed.
http://www.cyclemonkey.com/schlumpf-innovations.shtml this requires a
modification of the bb shell edge. a 45 chamfer is cut into the edge of each
side of the bottom bracket. this edge is for the schlumpf bb to "bite" into.
as it relates to normal non-schlumpf cranks, you must ideally use a bb with
a tall flange on the drive side, but a nornal bb works as well. alternately
you could use a phil wood style bb that has 2 seperate retaining rings.
