Based on Rene's photos, I'm kind of digging the new less-griddy grey, temporary as it may be. Reminds me of the look of the Berthoud bags, which I find (also) beautiful. And the old and new actually seem to complement each other well, if not quite match. My anal-retentive side says it'll be fine.
