That particle board on the walls is just the outer layer. Underneath that the framing is filled with insulaton and the roof line is also insulated. Heating will be a space heater for when I'm out there and cooling is a ceiling fan and screens with windows in them. It also has a metal roof that is shiny so it should reflect a fair amount of sunlight.
