Robert, I have been using these for about 1.5 years. They have been working well for me. I started to use them after all my old cleated shoes wore out. The soles are thick. If you use toe clips, then you will have to change to deep clips. Otherwise, the your toes are pinched. This was true for me, size 45, and my wife, size 39.
