Back east we don't have goatheads, we have s**theads, who throw their empty beer bottles out of their cars. I'm sure it's endlessly frustrating to deal with the things nature throws at you, but dealing with the things people throw might be worse. Nature isn't ignorant or malicious. Still, I've seen pictures of those nasty little thorns and it's almost hard to believe they did not actullay evolve to puncture bicycle tires!
