I suggested standover as the easiest b/c the only two atlanti with similar standover are the 56 and 58 and you can tell one from the other b/c of the wheel size, instantly. After that the 58 and 61 look different b/c of the head tube size and the 64 is obviously the biggest. Unless this is a fairly old one in 66 or 68 but even then the standover will be obvious.
