Michael, Assuming it will mount to my Volvo (Thule) load bars, I am interested. My Volvo (Thule) load bars mount to the factory luggage rails on the car. I'm curious why you're selling it? Also, will you ship to a military APO address? Cost should be the same as CONUS shipping, you just have to fill out a customs form. If the cost is more, I'd be willing to pay the difference. Thanks.
