It's a 67. The old bike was a 68.5, so I was afraid that I should have gone
with a 69, but since they didn't have a 69 to test ride, my old bike was
about as big as I'd want to go, and they told me that they raise the BB
higher on the 69, I decided not to risk going too big and stuck with the 67,
which I think turned out to be a good choice. Interestingly, built up it
feels bigger than I remember their demo bike feeling [which is good, I was
worried it'd feel too small], so it's either because it's been even longer
since I rode my crashed Schwinn and I've become accustomed to too small
bikes again, or Waterford makes them a little different than the Japanese
builder.
