This might be a bit bigger than you have need for, but I have met a few riders that use Nashbar's "Daytrekker" Panniers: http://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product_10053_10052_166967_-1___
They are 790 cubic inches in size, and pretty good looking for a Nashbar product. Only downside really is that they come attached together as a pair, and I don't think using one alone is possible.
