3 more student days, a couple grade/meeting/move the classroom days,
one-day Safe Routes conference in Bend, and then...
I've already done a couple centuries this spring, but looking forward
to more family rides, and hoping to get out for some overnighters as
well.

What was hardest was I took a spontaneous trip to Yosemite with my son
and a couple of his high school friends over Memorial Day weekend.
With some fancy finaggeling and the wonders of the internet I was able
to score canceled campsites in the valley, though we had 3 different
sites for 4 nights. Beautiful weather and lots of walking/hiking. Next
time I'll take a bike - seems like every employee there has one and in
the valley it's quicker than driving - not that you would want to get
anywhere fast in Yosemite, but I walked by lots of people stuck in
traffic on Saturday of that holiday weekend. Felt like summer
vacation, which was the hard part - coming back to the classroom (and
the rain).
