Dear Doug and everyone, If you want *just* a paper copy, send $5 cash (easier to deposit, thanks) to Rivendell Reader PO Box 5289, Walnut Creek CA 94596, along with a good-sized address label (handwritten, typed, or word processed) that we can tape on the back.
When the new one is ready, we will fire one off to you as soon as we can. If you are ordering AFTER the Readers come out (a few more weeks) along with other stuff, you can order them as part of a regular order. Sorry for the hoops. It's primitive, but effective. Thanks!
