I dont like being on non-drop bars for more than 30 miles or so, personally.
I did run a Jitensha bar for a little while...but they also hurt from the
lack of hand positions eventually.

I think I'd rather stretch regular and get more flexible than ride on
non-drops during a tour/brevet.
