Thanks; apparently so many nice things at Vanilla. That stem is beautiful -- makes me want to get a threadless fork just so I can get one of those stems. Who says threadless has to be ugly?
I'm going to try to make a leather strap for my Herse. I suppose you make it a bit short, then wet it to stretch when you install? Any ideas or instructions (group)?
