That 28 Gibson......if its a F-5 Lloyd Loar model might be worth a
mint......I'm a mandolin player and have a no longer made Flatiron and
a Tacoma but will be buying a F5 style soon. I also have a few old
film cameras (medium format) but haven't used them in several years
preferring my new Nikon digital. I waited years to jump on the
bandwagon but love the new gear. Its just a different means to the
same end IMHO. I do like steel bicycles and lugged ones best and don't
feel steel to be inferior to carbon or any other material. Some of the
new tubing when put together correctly makes for one light, strong
frame.
