I love mine. It's on a Raleigh One Way (53cm single-speed, albatross
bars) and it's very stable. I commute with a laptop and various
clothes, food, etc. and use it for securing shopping runs. The One Way
has cantis. Centerpulls would be tricky because of that center
bracket. It doesn't attach to the fenders (the One Way has the Riv-
style plastic fenders).

Handling isn't an issue because I got it to carry loads. When stuff is
there, it will be heavy. If that's not your thing, get a small bag,
rear rack, messenger bag...whatever works.
