Interesting.... I'm on Windows (XP here at work still), using Firefox; via the treefree site told it to print, it spooled it all first; but when I selected my printer in Firefox, I picked a pdf printer (PDF complete); it came out looking fine save to TOC (also blank), but is only 44.5 mb...
