It IS a handle. A customer wrote-sent a link to a bike with a built-in lever-action lifter handle....and it seemed neat but kind of hatchet vs fly. When I go up stairs with a bike, I grab the downtube just ahead of the crank, and tilt---works fine, one of many ways that do. But the handle thing seemed neat, so I thought I'd try to make one, and came up with this. It's quick and dirty, but works great. G
