There's a pair of Elinor prototypes on eBay right (#130502765078). I just won a pair of black Ironweed Alyce panniers and they cam yesterday. I haven't mounted them up yet, but I'm using one today as a man bag since I had a lot of stuff to schlep to work today and it's very nice. I don't have a lot of experience with bike bags, but I can say the workpersonship is excellent. No complaints here. Daniel
