I initiated a similar thread a few months ago, requesting differences between the Toyo and Waterford build Atlantis, and the issue was never fully resolved. The question is not about quality but differences, particularly gross features that are not beneath the paint. No one chimed in regarding one likely difference, the more complex bends in the Toyo chainstay. Whether anyone should be concerned about such differences is another issue, as is MUSA.
