I saw a guy on an Atlantis at about 17:15 on my way home from work, but I didn't get out of the car and stop him. I did pull over after I passed him to get another look at the bike. It looked good.
After seeing so many mountain bikes with shocks I figured I'd never see someone on a riv bike around these parts.
