The first of the Berkshire Series randos is this Sunday, a 100k, jaunt through the Ct River valley and.... I don't think I have the legs for it. This winter was a pretty tough one, and despite some really good trainer sessions (Spinervals), and getting about 100 miles in Feb, and a like amount so far this moth, it's not enough. I can feel the remaining sponginess in my legs, and while disappearing fast, it's still there. The weather has just made things too inconsistent. There will be others and I have the cue sheets so riding them solo is an option, but I kind of like doing this partly for the social aspect too.
Oh well. I'll live to fight another day. i have plans for a 3 times a week commute to my office which is 70 miles round trip, so that should ramp things up a bit. Hey, it's all good. But like I said, a tough winter in New England, probably the worst I've ever lived through. RGZ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
