Probably. But the Sunrace shifters also FEEL really cheap, as well as not costing much. They probably are reliable and functional and everything Rivbike says, but they don't feel particularly nice when I've used them. So I can kind of see the appeal of the Silver/Paul combo for some people. Depends on what your putting them on, I guess.
