I've found that the 18 oz. Klean Kanteen SS bottle works well with a
traditional water bottle cage (I've got older T.A. cages on both of my
bikes). I'm not sure if the 27 oz. model would work as well. Klean
Kanteen makes a bottle cage specifically for their 27 oz. bottle -
http://www.kleankanteen.com/products/accessories/klean-kanteen-cages.php
-, but I can't vouch for them myself (they're definitely not
traditional in appearance and I think they're ugly).

I've been able to get an insulated "koozie" from a local friend that
fits the 18 oz. bottle perfectly, it's nice to be able to carry a
water bottle with cool water in the desert! L.L. Bean also sells a
Cozy for the "Bean Canteen" bottles that they sell (the cozy is
available in sizes to fit both the 18 oz. and 27 oz. bottle).
